Great North Run to remember Adam McDowell Raises over £12,000 to support Clear Cell Sarcoma Research
Bronagh, Emily and Orlaith
Bronagh, Emily and Orlaith all ran the Great North Run on the 7th September to raise funds for Ed’s Foundation to support research into Clear Cell Sarcoma. They were part of a larger team that ran in memory of Adam McDowell, who so tragically died of Clear Cell Sarcoma last August. It was an emotional and poignant day for all who took part, but a great way to remember Adam.
The Team running to remember Adam
Between them Bronagh, Emily and Orlaith have so far raised over £12,300 which has amazingly been raised from over 110 donors and is a measure of the widespread affection in which Adam is held.
It is a tremendous effort and a great way to remember Adam and to pay tribute to his life.
Well done to you all and thank you.
