The UK arm of the Phase 2 Trial of the drug tebentafusp, for metastatic Clear Cell Sarcoma patients, is now open at the Royal Marsden Hospita

The UK arm of the trial of the immunotherapy drug tebentafusp, for metastatic Clear Cell Sarcoma patients,  has opened at the Royal Marsden Hospital.

Tebentafusp is a T-cell immunotherapy drug specifically targeting a cell protein called gp100. Tebentafusp can only bind to cancer cells in patients who have a specific genetic marker (HLA subtype
HLA-A*02:01), which will be tested upon recruitment to the trial.
